The Olive Grove
In the region of Trifilia in north west Messinia of Peloponnesos there is a small village on the mountains called Sellas in an altitude of 500 meters where this single family olive grove is located. The area has its own special microclimate with fresh air and water springs where the olive trees are surrounded only by mountains. Cultivated and harvested without any use of chemicals or preservatives it produces a limited quantity of superior quality EVOO.
Olive oil is an integral part of the Mediterranean Diet and has been included in the diets of some of the world’s healthiest, longest-living people for centuries.
